Product Overview
The ARCtecno MPEC1200 Compact Automatic Peeler is designed to remove casings from cured sausage logs before slicing. Built for cylindrical pieces, the machine removes clipped tips and extracts casings through two dedicated extraction areas, helping processors improve efficiency and consistency in casing removal.
The MPEC1200 can process up to 600 pieces per hour, depending on product type, and handles product calibers from 35 mm to 110 mm with standard product lengths from 500 mm to 1200 mm. A range of molds is available to accommodate different calibers.
If required, the machine can be paired with a compact hydrator to soften casings before peeling. The hydrator uses nozzles to create a mist that wets the full product surface before the logs automatically enter the peeling machine. Built with robust, hygienic materials, the MPEC1200 is easy to clean and resistant to chemicals and high-pressure washdown environments.
