The ARCtecno PTP12 Special High-Performance Peeler is designed to remove plastic casings from round, cylindrical products before slicing. Built for high-volume sausage production, the PTP12 delivers fast, efficient and consistent casing removal while helping protect final product quality.
The system performs a multi-step peeling process that cuts the product tip contour, removes casing tips with clips, cuts along the piece and removes the casing using ARCtecno’s patented dynamic unwinding system. Casing tips, clips and plastic casing waste can be transported to collection points, containers or optional shredders to support a cleaner, more efficient process.
The PTP12 handles product diameters from 35 mm to 180 mm without changing parts, using crank and servo-motor adjustments. With industrial PC control, servo-motorized mechanisms and stainless steel construction, the system is built for precise, reliable and hygienic performance in demanding food production environments.
