Product Overview
The ARCtecno PTP12C High-Performance Compact Peeler is designed to remove plastic casings from round, cylindrical products before slicing. Built for speed, efficiency and product quality, the PTP12C uses a patented dynamic unwinding system to remove plastic casing cleanly and consistently without damaging the product.
The machine performs multiple peeling steps in sequence: cutting the contour of the product tips, removing casing tips with clips, cutting along the product and unwinding the casing from the product. It supports manual or automated feeding at the machine infeed and can process 800 to 1000 pieces per hour.
Built entirely from stainless steel, the PTP12C is designed for reliability, hygiene and long service life in demanding food production environments. The machine adjusts to product diameters from 35 mm to 180 mm without changing parts, using crank and servo-motor adjustments.
