Product Overview
The ARCtecno AMPE04 Casing Shredder is designed to shred natural and plastic casings coming from ARCtecno automatic peeling lines. Built to operate continuously with peeling machines, the AMPE04 helps reduce casing and clip waste as part of an efficient casing removal process.
The shredder connects directly to the outlet of the casing tube and is designed to handle waste regardless of moisture level or texture. It instantly shreds aluminum clips along with plastic and natural casings, supporting cleaner waste handling and easier collection.
With a production rate of 60 pieces per minute, the AMPE04 can absorb twice the production capacity of compatible peeling machines. The unit is designed to hold a standard 1200 x 1000 x 760 mm container with a 1200-liter capacity. The container is not included.
