The ARCtecno TPE1200 Semi-Automatic Peeler is a compact, portable peeling solution designed to assist with casing removal from cured sausage logs. Built for processors handling cylindrical pieces, the TPE1200 helps remove clipped ends and prepare casings for quick, efficient hand removal before slicing.
In one simple operation, the machine cuts the end cap, inflates the casing and slits it with a linear knife, making the casing easier to remove by hand. This supports more uniform results while reducing operator fatigue and the physical strain of handling sausage logs.
Designed for simple operation and flexible plant use, the TPE1200 features push-button controls, double push-button start for operator safety, easy access to machine components and wheels for convenient positioning. Built with robust, hygienic materials, the machine is easy to clean and resistant to chemicals and high-pressure washdown environments.
