Product Overview

eTray® by SEALPAC is a new innovative packaging solution for meat, poultry, seafood and convenience products utilizing modified atmosphere packaging while driving sustainability.  A high-quality cardboard base allows for full printing on the inside and outside.  Producers gain the ability to cater to their customer base through attractive designs for labeling.  A plastic inner layer provides a sealing and barrier function.  eTray® creates an easy separation of the packaging materials for sustainability.

Trays are pre-fabricated through a special thermoforming process. With a highly stable, continuous sealing edge, each tray is sealed under MAP to ensure a high quality and food safe packaging process. The innovative eTray® is suitable for denesting which allows smooth transport across the packaging line. Compared to common trays in the market, eTray® by SEALPAC offer up to 40% less plastic depending on shape and size selected by the customer.
