Product Overview
SEALPAC’s EasyPeelPoint system is an innovative system allowing trays to be sealed completely and easily opened by the consumer. Utilizing a revolutionary opening-aid, the peel corner has been relocated within the contours of the pack.
- Details: The top film of the pack is pressed into a round cavity and is thus released from the sealing edge. With machine and process management, the peel functionality is executed with perfection.
- The EasyPeelPoint system: The peel corner can easily be gripped allowing for the top film to be removed from the pack easily. This feature can also be applied with re-closable films.
The innovative easy-opening system is extremely user-friendly, and also particularly uncomplicated in a production environment.
EasyPeelPoint can be applied on all common SEALPAC tray sealers. In tray sealing, the trays are equipped with two opening points positioned diagonally from each other. This allows for multi-position placement of the trays on the in-feed conveyor virtual eliminating errors due to improper tray placement. Easy PeelPoint requires no special cutting system.
