Product Overview
The SEALPAC M-Flex Semi-Automatic Traysealer gives processors a compact, flexible entry into professional traysealing. Designed for smaller production volumes and frequent product changes, the M-Flex delivers high-quality tray packaging without requiring the space or production scale of a fully automatic system.
Based on a continuous rotation principle, the M-Flex achieves output levels previously difficult to reach with semi-automatic traysealers. Its quick-change tooling system helps reduce setup time between pack formats, while servo-driven film transport supports precise film movement for advanced packaging systems such as TraySkin®, FlatSkin®, FlatMap® and EasyLid®.
The M-Flex is fully electric, requiring no water or compressed air, and is built with hygienic design features including rounded shapes, integrated buttons and water-draining feet. An intuitive touch-screen display and SmartKey RFID user recognition help simplify operation, control access and support traceability in production.
