Product Overview

The Günther Brine Injector is uniquely engineered with an elevated direct servo drive system that utilizes simple mechanics for longer lasting parts. This also means increased control for improved accuracy and uptime. Operators will find it easier to clean and maintain needle heads with the quick-change release feature, in addition to an automatic CIP program that supplies a high level of sanitation. This line of injectors can process beef, pork, poultry, seafood or cheese processing. The injectors offer touch-screen control for ease of operation and 100 memory spaces for recipe storage, allowing processors to switch production from one application to another in a minimal amount of time while maintaining batch to batch consistency.
