The Günther GPA 20 serves multiple purposes; offering processors tumbling, maturing, mixing, salting and marinating options for any type of protein, fish or cheese. Compact dimensions occupy a small plant footprint that delivers on efficiency. It features an integrated vacuum pump with a BestClean water separator. The changeable drum can either be transparent to allow operators to view product, or as solid stainless steel. Designed with hygienics in mind, the GPA 20 is easy to clean and maintain.
