Inline analysis patented technology that automatically analyzes production samples to ensure quality. These plug and play units deliver highly accurate results with high reliability and low mechanical costs. Running frequent analysis of production samples makes it easier to eliminate or considerably reduce quality problems, variances, and production errors.
This technology is primarily suited for extruded feed and food production as well as industrial non-food products.

- The Automated Quality Analysis – AQA™ has an integrated grinder installed, which grinds the product prior to measuring.
- The AQA can be configured to measure numerous parameters such as bulk density, moisture, water activity, NIR, and product sizing.
- The Single Point Sampler – SPS™is used for collecting a fixed-volume sample in a given product flow.
