The Günther Brine injector for fish processing is engineered with direct drive via servo technology. An ergonomic industrial design offers easy operation and ease of maintenance, with long lasting, rugged parts. Precision needle heads with a quick-change release enables operators to quickly changeover between applications, to streamline processing and a more efficient output. The pump cycle is completely separate from the injector’s electromechanical components, to help create a long lasting machine for the greatest return on investment. The automatic CIP program supplies a high level of sanitation to make this model the perfect choice to process seafood applications.
